We do not mean to make light of other addictions such as drugs, tobacco, gambling, love or even chocolate. Those are very serious addictions that may require professional assistance.
Antique addiction, on the other hand, has many rewards. Oh, there is pain, too, but the rewards can be great.
As you may have learned, Antiquer Addiction can be a terrible illness. Those who suffer from this disease may never have a peaceful weekend. They may fill every available space in their homes with collectibles, antiques, and maybe just "Junque". They search the papers for Estate Sale ads and sadly, in the latter stages of addiction, they cannot even pass up a garage sale.
It is a sad and terrible addiction.
